This project features a 1930s condo built in the heart of Grandview. With walls that were made to confine and divide the spaces, our goal was to remove those walls to create an inviting and open space for the homeowner to entertain guests and family. By relocating the kitchen, removing a central wall, and adding a half bath to the ground level, we were able to help the homeowner fall in love with their home all over again!

Despite having limited windows due to the structure being a split home, the white cabinetry and beautiful Cambria Ironsbridge countertops helped brighten the space. To help create some contrast, we utilized matte black hardware and fixtures to create a modern and sleek look.
